Common problems like these could be troubleshoot by you and needs no professional service unless you hit a dead end. As a courtesy to all Sub Zero refrigerator customers, here are some common tips on how to troubleshoot problems that could occur by your fridge.
The "Service" light flashing in the LCD display could be due to the fact that the condenser might be jammed. Therefore, all you need to do is to just clean the condenser according to the manufacturer's guide. If this problem still persists, it could be due to faulty temperature sensor. Turn off the fridge and restart it after a few minutes. If the "Service" light still flashes, then please contact the Sub Zero refrigerator repair department to arrange an appointment with the technicians.
Is your refrigerator not working? It could be because the power plug is not connected or the home breaker circuit or fuse is off. Besides that, you could also check for the refrigerator door and ensure that no food or containers are obstructing the proper closing of the refrigerator door. If none of this could solve the problem, then the refrigerator is probably at the defrost mode.

Is your ice maker is not producing ice or dispenses clumped ice? Please check whether the water supply is connected. If the ice dispenser is not used for a long period of time, the ice inside could clump together. However, if your ice maker is not dispensing ice; it is because the ice maker produces an average of 8 cubes every two hours.
