Our SubZero freezer was leaking water and froze shut. Then the refrigerator temperature kept going up. Luckily, we contacted ACME and Mark came out and diagnosed the issues. He tested the compressor and evaporator coils which were not working and needed to be replaced, as well as the ice machine. For such an expensive repair, we were happy to work with someone as experienced and professional as Mark who clearly explained what needed to be done and knows the SubZero inside and out. He worked efficiently and our 20+ year unit was like new. Then we started finding water again on the floor. Mark came back and diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain. Luckily, he did not have to replace it (expensive) but used steam pressure to clean it out, at no charge. Thank you for the amazing service!

Mark took my call on a Sunday, even though he was unable to make the house call on that day. But he essentially diagnosed the problem on the phone, arrived the next day with a new mother board for my Subzero Fridge, and charged me half of what I was quoted elsewhere. He was patient, professional, attentive to detail, and has a lovely, wry sense of humor. I will call on him again. Thank you!!!

I called ACME based on their great online reviews and am glad I did. Mark showed up on time, immediately recognized the issue, and even though it was a fairly big job, he jumped right in and fixed it the same day. He also texted a few days later to make sure it was working properly. Great follow up! Highly recommend.
